She pioneered Contributive Learning and has worked as a teacher, principal and Ministry of Education leader in New Zealand. An ISC Research Edruptor (2022) and KEA World Class New Zealand awardee (2023), she serves on multiple global education committees and has authored five influential books on educational transformation.
